ANNEXATION PETITION
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACKNOVTLEDGING -
TO THE ANNEXATION
ECEIPT OF
A TRIPLE MAJORITY ANNEXATION PETITION CONSENTING
OF LANDS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND REQUESTING FORVI NG TO TO THE PORT-
LAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a
petition for annexation of the lands described on the
attached Exhibit "All to the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance
with the procedures established by the Portland Metro-
politan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition'meets -the requirements of the triple
majority annexation statute,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council acknowledges the receipt
of this annexation as

Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Comm-
ission for a public hearing and adoption.
