RESOLUTION No. 78
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY RECORDER (pro-tem) TO
SIGN .'A :`CONTRACT FOR COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION - FINANCE AGREEMENT
TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT 121ST AVENUE & SCHOLLS FERRY ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that it is necessary
to sign a contract for Cooperative Construction - Finance Agreement
for traffic signal installation at the intersection of S.W. 121st
Avenue and Scholls Ferry Road.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The Mayor and City Recorder pro-tem are hereby authorized
to enter into an agreement for the installation of
traffic signal at the intersection of 121st Avenue and
Scholls Ferry Road with the Department of Transportation
Portland Fixture Company and L. B. Nelson Construction
Corporation.
