RESOLUTION No. 78-53
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO EX-
PIERED TERMS OF OFFICE ON THE TIGARD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, according to the provision of Chapter 2.08.010 of
the Tigard Municipal Code, the Planning Commission shall consist
of nine members; and
WHEREAS, two terms of office for the Planning Commission have
expired.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ROSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Planning
Commission for the term of office as indicated.
Doug Smith Term Expires July 1, 1982
