A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAFFIRMING AND APPOINTING PRO TEM
JUDGES FOR THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL COURT.
WHEREAS, the Tigard Municipal Court has the need for an additional
pro tem judge; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has appointed one pro tem judge
in the past.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The City Council acknowledges the need for two pro tem
judges to serve the Tigard Municipal Court and thus
reaffirms the appointment of LOU GIOVANINI and makes
the appointment of KENNETH BOURNE to serve in the
capacity of Municipal Court Judge pro tem in the
absence or unability of Judge Anthony Pelay, Jr. to
perform such duties.
