A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RECOGNIZING, COMMENDING
AND EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE DEVOTED PUBLIC SERVICE OF
ALLAN POPP IN HIS ROLE OF COMMUNITY SERVICE.

WTTEREAS, Allan Popp has effectively served the public as a
member of the Tigard Planning Commission for the past four years; and

WHEREAS, Allan Popp has devoted his time, experience, knowledge E
and dedication to the City of Tigard through his volunteer time; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tigard are deeply indebted
to Allan Popp for his distinguished service to our City. !
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard: f
Section 1: The City Council expresses its sincere appreciation to
Allan Popp for his volunteer service to the City, on
behalf of the City of Tigard and all its residents.

Section 2: A copy of this resolution shall be spread upon the
minutes of the City Council of the City of Tigard
as a perpetual memento and a signed copy of same be
presented to Allan Popp in appreciation.
