A RESOLUTION OF!THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING AN APPOINTMENT i0 THE
TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the Tigard Budget Committee consist
of 5 Council members and an equal number of resident property owners; and
WHEREAS, due to expiration of a term of office, there is one
vacancy on the Tigard Budget Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following person is appointed to the Tigard Budget
Committee for the term of office as indicated:
Phil Edin Term Expiring December 31, 1980

A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL OUTLINI
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF ANY NEW REGIONAL ENERGY LEGISLATION.
WHEREAS, legislation to reorganize the system of planning, financing, allocating
and pricing electric power in the Pacific Northwest has now been introduced in the
United States Congress; and .
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard believes that. a regional solution to existing
differenes of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Tigard adopts as its objective
in the development of Northwest regional electric energy legislation language

RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN S.W. PARK STREET LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE BOND
THEREFORE.
WHEREAS, the City executed a contract, dated December 13,
1976, with Dale's Sand & Gravel Company to install a sanitary
sewer line, and appurtenances thereto, within a local improvement
district project known as S.W. Park Street L.I.D. ; and
WHEREAS, all work specified by said contract has been satis-
factorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the performance bond was retained in full force
and effect, in lieu of a separate maintenance bond, for the
purpose of providing maintenance assurance for one year; and
WHEREAS, maintenance of the completed work has been satis-
factorily performed, as required by said contract, throughout
the stipulated period;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard,
Oregon, hereby accepts the contracted public improvements con-
structed within the project known as S.W. Park Street L.I.D. ,
AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authorizes release of
the aforsaid bond therefore.
