A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE CAPITAL
BUDGET H014E AND COMMUNITY QUALITY ROAD ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT (6.2.1.3)
FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING AN ADVANCE DEPOSIT FOR ENGINEERING ON THE S.W.
PACIFIC HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined this is a necessary
expense for the improvement project of S.W. Pacific Highway; and
WHEREAS, the need to provide for said engineering on the S.W.
Pacific Highway Improvement Project was not contemplated at the time
of budget adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following described transfers, in the amounts indicated,
is hereby made for the purpose of providing funds for the
above referenced advance deposit for engineering on the S.W.
Pacific Highway Improvement Project.
