ANNEXATION PETITION
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF
A TRIPLE MAJORITY ANNEXATION PETITION CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION
OF LANDS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND REQUESTING FORWARDING TO THE PORT-
LAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a
petition for annexation of the lands described on the
attached Exhibit 'All to the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been. processed in accordance
with the procedures established by the Portland Metro-
politan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple
majority annexation statute,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council acknowledges the receipt
of this annexation petition as attached hereto and made a
part hereof and recommends that it be forwarded to the ..
Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Comm-
ission for a public hearing and adoption.

North 019, West 990 feet from the quarter corner on the South line of
Section 33 TIS R1W, W.M., Washington County, Oregon.
Bring the SW corner of Lot 5 Ash Valley Tract, thence North 0° 9' West
330 feet to the NW corner of said lot 5 and thence East parallel to the
south line of said section, 1300 feet to the NE corner of said lot 5;
thence South parallel to the centerline of said section a distance of
330 feet to the SE corner of said lot; thence West 1300 feet to the point
of beginning.
