RESOLUTION No. 78-
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO CITY ADMINISTRATION
MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS (4.2.1) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FOR THE INTERVIEWING,
HIRING AND MOVING FOR THE POSITION OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR. }
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined to pay all expenses for a
the interviewing, hiring and moving of the City Administrator vacancy; and
WHEREAS, the need to provide for said interviewing, hiring and moving
was not contemplated at the time of budget adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following described transfers, in the amounts indicated,
is hereby made for the purpose of providing funds for the
above referenced hiring process for the City Administrator's
position.
