FAYE SUNDT AS DEPUTY CITY RECORDER FOR MUNICIPAL COURT RELATED PURPOSES

WHEREAS, Faye Sundt has Court purposes;
acting as Deputy Recorder for Municipal oses; a
WHEREAS, Billie Rawlings is the new Municipal Court Clerk and should
be appointed to fill the capacity of Deputy City Recorder for Municipal Court
related purposes.
NOW-THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
section Resolution No. 76-10 is repealed since Faye Sundt is no longer
a City employee.
Sect Billie Rawlings, an employee of the City of Tigard, is hereby
appointed as Deputy City Recorder for Municipal Court related
purposes and is authorized to witness signatures on complaints
in behalf of the City Recorder in the event of absence or
unavailability Of the City Recorder.
