A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENT TO AN UNEXPIRED
TERM OF OFFICE ON THE TIGARD PLANNING COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.08.010 of the .
Tigard Municipal Code, the Planning Commission shall consist of nine

members; and [
WHEREAS, a term of office for the Planning Commission has been
vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard that: s:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Planning Commission
for the term of office as indicated.
James Brien Term Expires July 1, 1979
