RESOLUTION OF TIE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROIFFE :NTS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN CLYDESDALE SUBDIVISION, AND
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THF MAINTENANCE BOND.
147HEREAS, the City Council previously accepted certain
public improvements constructed within Clydesdale Subdivision,
via Resolution No. 74-29, subject to completion of six (6)
items specified theref• acid further subject to a one year
maintenance period, ana
WHEREAS, the Public Wor'�s Department has certified that
all items specified in said resolution have now been sat-
isfactorily completed and the required maintenance period has
been satisfactorily passed, and
VIHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision has requested
final City acceptance of all. of the public improvements con-
e; structed therein said subdivision, in accord with the terms of
the subdivision compliance agreement,
NOVI, THEREFORP,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard,
Oregon, hereby accepts the public improvements constructed
within Clydesdale subdivision, said subdivision being recorded $
y in Book 33 on Page 19 in Washington County, Oregon, Plat
Records, and authorizes release of all performance and maintenance
security thereinregard.
