A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 75-3 AND ESTABLISHING
FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE SALE OF PLANIKETRIC BAPS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council to
be in the best interest of the general public to reduce +.he
cost of each quarter section blueline print from $200.00 to
$25.00, thereby making quality planimetric maps more readily
available to all interested parties.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL, that:
SECTION:1: The following fee structure is hereby established
for the sale of planimstric maps:
a. For each quarter section blueline print - $25.00.
b. For each quarter section mylar reproducible -
$150.00 plus the actual cost of creating the
mylar. Mylar reproducibles are available only
to other governmental entities under the
condition that the maps will be used for the
agency's purposes only and copies will not be
sold or distributed in any fashion.
C. For xerox copy of a portion of a quarter section
map - .x.25 Xerox copies areavailable only
to resident homeowners for oersonal non-
commercial use on a one copy per person basis.
SECTION 2: Resolution 75-3 is herewith immediately repealed.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
