A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING APPOINTMENT OF CITY ATTORNEY.

WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Tigard voted in
May of 1975 to appoint Joe Bailey as City Attorney for the City of
Tigard, and
WHEREAS no formal resolution acknowledging the appointment
was made at that time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
that Joe Bailey is appointed City Attorney of the City of Tigard
effective July 1, 1975, and this resolution is effective nunc pro
tunc.
