RESOLUTION NO. 77- Gf.2-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND FIXING
SALARY.

WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Tigard has
decided to appoint Raeldon Barker as City Administrator of the
City of Tigard, and entered into an agreement with Mr. Barker
pursuant to that decision,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
that Raeldon R. Barker is hereby formally appointed City Administrator
of the City of Tigard, his appointment to be effective January 1,
1978. His salary for the remaining six months of the fiscal year
1977-1978 shall be Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred 013,500) Dollars,
based upon the Council's agreement with Mr. Barker on a starting
salary of Twenty-seven Thousand ($27,000) Dollars per year.
