RESOLUTION No. 77- 6-5-
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ESTABLISHMENT OF A POSTED SPEED ZONE ON S.W.
HUNZIKER STREET, BETWEEN HALL BOULEVARD AND 72ND AVENUE.
WHEREAS, S.W. Hunziker Street, between S.W. Hall Boulevard and
S.W. 72nd Avenue, has recently been improved; and
WHEREAS, usage of said street has increased; and
WHEREAS, the abutting roadside culture has changed; and
WHEREAS, a posted zone, other than the basic rule, with no record
of approval by the State Speed Control Board has existed.
NOW, THEREFORE,
The City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, herewith resolves
to rectify the aforesaid situation, and directs staff to prepare
the necessary request for State Speed Control Board corrective
action.
