RESOLUTION No. 77-�_
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING A TERM OF OFFICE FOR
THE PARK BOARD TO COINCIDE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL
CODE.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.12.010 of the
Tigard Municipal Code, the Park Board shall consist of eleven members; and Y
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.12.020 of the
Tigard Municipal Code, the Park Board terms of office shall expire on
December 31st.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard that: gg
Section 1: The following term of office be changed from June 30, 1979 tc G,
December 31, 1979 to coincide with the provisions of the
Tigard Municipal Code.
