CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION No, 77-L-0
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND A
REAPPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANT TERMS ON THE TIGARD PLANNING COMMISSION,
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.08,011 of the
Tigard Municipal Code, the Planning Commission shall consist of
nine members; and
WHEREAS, one term of office for the Planning Commission has been
vacated and two terms of office have expired.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The following person be re-appointed to the Planning
Commission for the term of office as indicated.
William Goldbach Term Expiring 7-1-81
Section 2: The following persons be appointed to the Planning
Commission for the terms of office as indicated,
