A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY
ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL
GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION. •.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition
for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the
procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local
Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple
majority annexation statute,
NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt
of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof
and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area
Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.

Real property situated in the County of Washington, State of Oregon, being a portion of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette
Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center of State Highway No. 217 (60 feet wide), said point
bears South 2189.26 feet from the Northeast corner of the Soloman Richardson D.L.C. No. 44;
thence along said center line South 0°56' West 549,99 feet; thence North 89°57' West
754.87 feet; thence North 0°56' East 549.99 feet; thence South 89°57' East 754.59 feet to
the point of beginning.
