AN I14FILTRATION AND INFLO'ri CONTROL PROGRAM FOR SANITARY E
SEVERS IN TIGARD, OREGON.

''MLREAS, the City of Tigard has previously adopted an
inflow and infiltration control program which includes a
schedule and funding for such ,cork; and
rIRtEREAS, said program has been submitted to appropriate
State/Federal agencies anL has been approved; and
WI-T.EREAS, the City Council intends to continue with this
necessary aspect of a sanitary sewer maintenance program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: The City of Tigard acknowledges the need for and
the existence of an infiltration and inflow con-
trol program for sanitary sewers and hereby states
its intent to continue this program.
