Resolution No. 77-42 • CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 77-42-- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY ANNEXATION AND RECOM11END FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COAMISSION. WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition y for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to 's the City; and rs WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and T WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple majority annexation statute, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.
