A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CvUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY
ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL
GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition
for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has t._en processed in accordance with the
procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local
Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple
majority annexation statute,
NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt
of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof
and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area
Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.

Willamette Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin 273.9 feet North 89°45' West from the J4
Section corner on the East line of Section 34; thence North 89°45' West
411.05 feet; thence South 0°33' West 528.2 feet to a point on the North
line of the John L. Hicklin D.L.C.; thence South 89°16' East along said D.L.C.
411.05 feet; thence North 0°33' East 531.7 feet to the point of beginning.
