A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING OBLIGATIONS
INCURRED FOR LIBRARY MATERIALS, SERVICES AND BOOKS IN EXCESS OF
AMOUNT BUDGETED.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined to transfer funds to
cover expenses incurred which were in excess of the 1976-77
budgeted amount; and

WHEREAS, the need to provide said funds for materials, services, and
books was not contemplated at the time of budget adoption.

NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following described transfers, in the amounts indicated,
is hereby made for the purpose of providing the above '
referenced materials, services and books.
