RESOLUTION No. 77-'M
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY
ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL
GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of-Tigard has received and reviewed_a petition
for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to
the City; and
WHEREAS, -the-petition—has-been processed in- accordance with the—
procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local
Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple
majority annexation statute,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges
receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part
hereof-and recommends -it be-forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan
Arna Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.

Willamette Meridian; thence Norp O 56, East 1094.6 feet; thence
West 759.4 feet; thence South 0 25' West 1094.6 feet; thence East
750 feet to the place of beginning.
