RESOLUTION No. 77---4
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the Tigard Budget Committee
consist of 5 Councilmen and an equal number of resident property
owners; and
WHEREAS, due to resignation and expiring term of office, there
will be two vacancies on the Tigard Budget Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section l: The following listed persons are appointed to the Tigard
Budget Committee for the term of office noted:
Walter Hoffman Term expiring December 31, 1978

Robert Moore Term expiring December 31, 1979
