WHEREAS, the Tigard Citizens and Police Committee (T-CAP) have voted
unanimously to recommend d47soluation of T-CAP for reasons contained in a
letter dated January 12,

WHEREAS, the City Council t_-:curs in the dissolution of T-CAP
for the above noted reasons.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: Resolution No. 75-19 and all other previous related actions
are hereby repealed and the Tigard Citizens and Police
Committee is hereby disbanded and shall no longer exist as
a committee of the City of Tigard.
