Resolution No. 76-98 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 76--ye RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY METROPOLITAA�IQEXATION AREA LO� OVERMIE TCOMMEND FORWARDING CO MISSIOND WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and re- viewed a petition for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to the City; and WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and 4jkmT AS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple majority annexation statute, NOirl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknow- ledges receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.
