A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO MAYOR MCNICHOLS
AND THE CITY OF DENVER, COLORADO FOR HOSPITALITY EXTENDED TO TIGARD
DELEGATES TO THE MATIO14AL LEAGUE OF CITIES.
WHEREAS, Mayor William McNichols and the City of Denver, Colorado
hosted the 1976 National League of Cities Conference, and
WHEREAS, the hospitality extended by the City of Denver was
accompanied by smoothly functioning support services which evidenced
the long hours of planning and coordination which preceded the conference,
NOW, THEREFORE,
r BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon that:
Section 1: The individual and collective appreciation of the City Council
of Tigard is hereby extended to Mayor McNichols and the City
of Denver for the warm hospitality extended to delegates to
the 1976 National League of Cities Conference.
