THE t
TIGARD.
WHEREAS, the Tigard Water District is petitioning the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Government Boundary Commission for annexation to the
Tigard Water District, of certain parcels of land lying within
the boundaries of the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the above properties-z are not now within the Tigard Water
District; and
WHEREAS, development and inhabitancy of the above properties will be
benefitted by its inclusion within the Tigard Water District.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon:
(1) By adoption of this resolution consent to the
annexation of certa::n parcels of land, as described on
the attached Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, by the
Tigard Water District in conformance with O.R.S. 199.515.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the '
northerly extension of S. W. Upper Boone's Ferry Road
I and the Willamette Meridian, being also the centerline
of R. H. Baldock Freeway, located in Section 12, T25,
R1W, W. M., Washington County, Oregon; thence south
along said Willamette Meridian to its point of diver-
gence from the centerline of said Freeway; thence con-
tinuing southerly along the centerline of said Freeway ,
to its point of intersection with the south line of Rose-
wood Acre Tracts, a subdivision of record in Washington
County; thence westerly along that line and its easterly j
extension to the southeast corner of Lot 19, Council View

thence north 317 feet along the east line of said Lot 19,

thence North 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence East 120
feet to an iron pipe; thence North 243 feet to an iron

thence West 294.3 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 21
in said Council View Acres#21thence continuing westerly
60.5 feet to the westerly boundary of Upper Boone's Ferry
Road; thence north and northeasterly along the westerly
bounds-y of Upper Boone's Ferry Road to its intersection
with the southerly line of S. W. Durham Road; thence
northwesterly along the southerly line of S. W. Durham Road
to its intersection with the east line of the Oregon Electric
Railroad right-of-way; thence northeasterly along the said
