RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
MAJORITY ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND
METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and re-
viewed a petition for annexation of the lands described on
the attached exhibit "A° to the City; and
'IMREAS the petition has been processed in
accordance with the proedures established by the Portland `
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
y WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of
the triple majority annexation statute,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknow-
ledges receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto
and made a part hereof and recommends it be forwarded to
the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary
Commission for hearing and adoption.
