RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
MAJORITY ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND
METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed
a petition for annexation of the lands described on the
attached Exhibit "Al' to the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance
with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Petition meets the requirements of the
triple majority annexation statute,
NOVI, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges
receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made
a part hereof and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for
hearing and adoption.

said point being the northeast corner of that parcel described

a distance of 167.00 feet to a point; thence S87 59'00"W parallel to
said S.W. Fonner Street a distance of 102.00 feet; thence N31027'00"E
parallel to the south line of that parcel described in Deed Book 854,
