RESOLUTION No. 76-
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT
TO THE GENERAL FUND NON-DEPARTMENTAL ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND RELATED DATA FOR A MUNICIPAL OFFICE CENTER.
WHEREAS, The Tigard City Council has determined to prepare and submit an
application for federal funds for the construction of a needed
Municipal Office Center and related City needs; and
WHEREAS, Federal funds were not available for this purpose at the time the
current budget was adopted and therefore this need could not be
foreseen;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following descried transfer, in the amount indicated,
is he--^by made for the purpose of retaining professional services necessary
to the preparation of an application for federal funds to construct a Municipal
Office Building and related improvements:
