Resolution No. 76-64 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 76- �O A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL PROPOSING THAT WASHINGTON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION/WASHINGTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ACT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF CERTAIN ROADWAYS HEREIN SPECIFIED, ADJACENT TO CITY LIMITS. The City of Tigard, City Council, proposes as follows: Section 1: The City Council finds that the City Planning Commission has submitted a recommendation to the Council to rename existing dedicated roadways, within Washington County, as specified in the attached Exhibit "A", said roadways being county roads. Section 2: The City Council finds that changing names of said roadways will bring the existing names into conformance with City street name ' policy and will alleviate conflict in existing documentation of said roadway names. Section 3: That the dedicated public ways described in the attached Exhibit "A" be renamed as proposed therein. Section 4: That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Washington County Planning Commission and to the Washington County Board of Commissioners. S.W. 106th Avenue (present name) - S.W. 106th Drive (proposed name) - being that portion thereof lying North of S.W. Walnut Street and running Northerly 486 feat, more or Less, therefrom; as shown on the recorded plat Cottonwood Place in plat book 21 on page 30 in Washington County, Oregon. 2. S.W. Tigard Street (present name) - S.W. 115th Avenue (proposed name) - being that portion thereof lying South of S.W. North Dakota Street and running Southerly 857 feet, more or less, to S.W.
