RESOLUTION No. 76- l
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO FILL ONE
UNEXPIRED TERM AND ONE EXPIRED TERM ON THE TIGARD CITIZENS AND POLICE
COUNCIL (T-CAF).
WHEREAS, Elaine Leflar has resigned as a member of the Tigard
Citizens and Police Council; and
WHEREAS, one term of office expired June 30, 1976; and
WHEREAS, according to Resolution No. 75-19 there shall be a
membership of eighteen (18) persons representing various membership
categories.

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Tigard
Citizens and Police Council for the remaining term
of office as indicated:
Ralph Howes, Citizen at Large Term Expires 4-78
Section 2: The following person be reappointed to the Tigard
Citizens and Police Council for the term of office
as indicated:
George Penrose, Organization'Rep.�'Term Expires 6-30-79
