RESOLUTION No. 76-55
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO ELAINE LEFLAR
FOR HER PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE TIGARD CITIZENS AND POLICE COUNCIL
(T-CAP).
WHEREAS, Elaine Leflar has served as a member of the Tigard Citizens
and Police Council; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to recognize the many hours
of dedicated service provided by Elaine Leflar.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard that:
Section 1: The City Council expresses its sincere appreciation to
Elaine Leflar, for service on the Tigard Citizens and
Police Council, on behalf of the City of Tigard and all
its residents.
Section 2: A copy of this resolution shall be presented to Elaine
Leflar and this resolution shall be spread upon the journal
of the City as a permanent record of dedicated service
of Elaine Leflar.
