A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS FOR I
THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY FOR 1975-76 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that it is necessary R
to increase the appropriation for the following accounts for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1975 to provide for unanticipated expenses:
i
Park Department (1-17) for Capital Outlay in the sum of $1,400.08 S
Non-Departmental (1-18) for Materials and Services in the sum of $80.00; and 4
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Contingency Account of the
General Fund available for transfer to the above noted accounts.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The sum of $1,480.08 is hereby transferred from the Contingency a
Account of the General Fund to Account 1.17, Park Department `
and Account 1-14 Non-Departmental in the amounts listed below:
