RESOLUTION No. 76-_y<V
RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION BY THE METZGER
WATER DISTRICT OF CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF TIGARD.
WHEREAS, the Metzger Water District is petitioning the Portland
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for annexation
to The Water District, of certain parcels of land lying within the
boundaries of the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS., :-the above properties are not now within the Metzger
Water District; and
i
WHEREAS, development and inhabitancy of the above properties will
be benefitted by its inclusion within the Metzger Water District.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon:
(1) By adoption of this resolution consent to the annexation of
certain parcels of land, as described on the attached
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, by the Metzger Water
District in conformance with O.R.S. 199.515.
