A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR
THE CITY OF TIGARD FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1976.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
on a proposed supplemental budget to provide for a state planning grant
from the Land •Conservation and Development Commission (L.C.D.C.) for the
City of Tigard for the year ending June 30, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that it is necessary to
a increase the appropriations over the amount originally estimated for the '',
Planning Department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, 'the proposed supplemental budget is hereby adopted and that
the following amounts, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and for the
purposes shown below are hereby appropriated as follows:
GENERAL FUND
Planning Department:
Personal Services $5,500.
Operating Materials & Services $1,000.
