Resolution No. 76-44_
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR TWO
UNEXPIRED TERMS TO THE SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND DESIGN REVIEW BOARD.
WHEREAS, two terms of office for the planning commission
representative are vacant; and
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.10 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, the Site Development Plan and Design Review Board shall
consist of five members and three alternate members.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard that:
Section.l: The following person be appointed to the Site Development
Plan and Design Review Board as alternate member for the
remaining term of office as indicated:
