RESOLUTION No. 76-�Z
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO FILL
THREE UNEXPIRED TERMS ON THE TIGARD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.08.010 of the
Tigard Municipal Code, the Planning Commission shall consist of nine taembers;
and
WHEREAS, Raymond Ems, Lynn Wakem and Daniel Smelser have resigned
from the Tigard Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY'.-THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
