THE MAINTENANCE BOND

THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City executed a contract, dated August 9, 1974, with
Miller & Sons Contractors to install a sanitary sewer line, an,. appur-
tenances thereto, within a local improvement district project known as
S.W. Murdock Street L.I.D.; and
WHEREAS, contract has been sar_isfactorly
all work specified by sai
completed; and
WHEREAS, maintenance of the completed work has been satstipulated

performed, as required by said contract, throughout the stipulated period;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon,

public improvements constructed within the

AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authorizes release of the
maintenance bond therefor.
