RESOLUTION No. 76- ' -3
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
TO INVEST CITY FUNDS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL.
WHEREAS, the State of Oregon has created a Local Government Investment
Pool; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to participate in and take advantage
of the State Local Government Investment Pool.
NOW THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon,
hereby authorizes the Finance Director to invest city funds in the Local
Government Investment Pool as authorized under ORS 294.805 to 294.895.
