RESOLUTION No. 76- 16
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO chuck Samuel_
FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC AS A MEMBER OF THE TIGARD PARK BOARD.
WHEREAS, Chuck Samuel has served as a member of the Tigard Park Board;
and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to recognize the many hours of
dedicated service provided by Chuck Samuel .
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section l: The City Council expresses its sincere appreciation to
Chuck Samuel , for service on the Tigard Park Boardj
on behalf of the City of Tigard and all its residents.
Section 2: A copy of this resolution shall be presented to Chuck Samuel
and this resolution shall be spread upon the journal of the
City as a permanent record of the dedicated service of
