A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENT TO
FILL ONE EXPIRED TERM ON THE PARK BOARD.
WHEREAS, one term of office has expired as of
December 31, 1975 on the Park Board; and
Whereas, according to the provisions of Chapter
2.12 of the Tigard Muncipal Code, the Park Board shall consist
` of elev,>n members.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council afthe City of
Tigard that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to
the Park Board for the term of office
as indicated:
