CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 76- f/
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO FILL ONE UNEXPIRED ALTEPNATE TERM AND THREE EXPIRING TERMS ON
THE SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND DESIGN REVIEW BOARD.
WHEREAS, James Mann has resigned as alternate from
the Tigard Site Development Plan and Design Review; and
WHEREAS, three terms of office will expire as of
March 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter
2.10 of the Tigard Municipal Code and Ordinance No. 75-20,
the Site Development Plan and Design Review Board shall
consist of five members and three alternate members.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Tigard that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to
the Site Development Plan and Design
Review Board as alternate member for
the remaining term of office as in-
dicated:
