RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
IVL4JORITY ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND
METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewe.' a
petition for annexation of the lands described as "All of Block
'B' Metzger Acre Tracts, a subdivision of record in Washington
County, except the East 200 feet thereof."
WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with
the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local
Government Boundary Commission; and
` WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple
majority annexation statute,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges a
receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part
hereof and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.
