RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENT
CONSTRUCTED WITLiTN JACK PARK, IN THE CITY
THEREFOR. .OF TIGARD, AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City entered into a certain contract with Turf Irrigation Company, Inc.,
construction of a public facility, known as Jack Park Irrigation System,
dated April 28, 1975, for the purpose of documenting terms and conditions for
City Park in Tigard, Oregon; and within a
WHEREAS, final inspection of the facility has
conducted by City been requested by the contractor and
staff, and certification by the latter has been tendered to the
Council that all work is complete; and
WHEREAS, Turf Irrigation Company, Inc. has now requested City acceptance of the work
and final payment therefor; and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions of said contract have thereby satisfactorily been
fulfilled;
NOW„ THEREFORE,
BE IT
ESOLVED

Authorizes final payment as per the terms and conditions of the aforesaid
