` CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION No. 75-5,P—
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
TIGARD CITIZENS AND POLICE COUNCIL (T-CAP).
WHEREAS, according to Resolution No. 75-19 establishing
T-CAP there shall be a membership of eighteen (18) persons representing
various membership categories; and
WHEREAS, there are vacant membership categories to be filled
on said T-CAP;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard
that:
Section 1: The following person is hereby appointed as a member of
T-CAP for the noted membership category for term of
office as indicated:

George Penrose Organization Rep. 6-30-76
Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage and approval.
