RESOLUTION No. 75-51
A RESOLUTION PRESCRIBING FEES FOR SUBDIVISION AND ZONING APPLICATIONS REQUIRING
PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL REVIEW.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has adopted subdivision and zoning ordinances
pursuant to Chapters 227 and 92 ORS; and
WHEREAS, the adopted subdivision and zoning ordinances require that for the
purpose of partially defraying the expenses necessarily arising from
or incident to investigation, evaluation and processing of applications that
fees be prescribed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council as follows:
Section 1: That fees for subdivision and zoning applications will be levied
according to the following schedule:
1. ZONE CHANGE REQUEST
1. To a single family residential zone
A. 1 acre or less $125.00
B. More than 1 acre $200.00
2. To a multi-family residential zone $300.00
3. To a commercial or industrial zone
A. 1 acre or less $300.00
B. More than 1 acre to 10 acres $400.00
C. More than 10 acres $700.00
4. To a planned development zone
A. Review of preliminary plan and program $125.00
B. General plan and program review
1) 1 acre or less $175.00
2) More than 1 acre to 4 acres $275.00
3) More than 4 acres $575.00
11. CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST
1. For a change in use of an existing structure $125.00
wherein the total activity utilizes a site area
of 30,000 sq. ft. or less
2. For a change in use of an existing structure $175.00
wherein the total activity utilizes a site area
of more than 30,000 sq. ft.
3. Request involving development of a $275.00
vacant parcel of land.
4. Request for outside storage. $100.00
5. Renewal of an expired conditional use $ 50.00
permit.
6. Request for a home occupation. $ 50.00
III. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT $500.00
