RESOLUTION No. 75-36,
'a. RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATION
FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY FOR 1974-75 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that it
is necessary to increase the appropriation for capital outlay over
the amount originally estimated for the Building Department (1-13)
for capital outlay for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1974, the
sum of $6.15.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD
THAT:
Section 1: The appropriation in the amount of $6.15 is hereby
transferred from the appropriation for materials and
services account in the Build' ; Deuertment in General
Fund to the appropriation for ,;apital outlay, in the
Building Department in the General Fund.
